The hotel could use a refurb, and the jet function in the room was painful, along with some other minor issues. The cleanliness was acceptable, and the en suite was decent, although improvements are needed.

The hotel is located on a busy road, which can be noisy, but it's close to several restaurants and convenient for our needs. The rooms are in need of updating and were not up to standard with cobwebs and uncomfortable furniture, yet the process of room updates has begun. The service was friendly and welcoming, although there were some issues with taxi arrangements. The dining experience left much to be desired with poorly cooked meals. The location, despite the noise, is suitable for access to nearby attractions.
